🧼 Is your slime safe?
Yes! All of our slimes are made with non-toxic ingredients and are safe to play with. However, slime is not edible, and we recommend it for ages 5+. Always supervise younger children during play.
🕒 How long does slime last?
With proper care, your slime can last for weeks or even months! Just make sure to store it in its airtight container and wash your hands before playing to keep it clean and fresh.
🤢 My slime got sticky—what should I do?
Sticky slime? No stress. Just add a spritz of our slime activator (located in the shop) and give it a gentle knead – your slime will bounce back in no time! Whether you're a seasoned slime lover or new to the goo, it’s the go-to fix for any sticky moment.
🪨 My slime feels stiff or hard. Help!
Slime can stiffen in colder temperatures. Try warming it up in your hands for a few minutes. If it’s still too stiff, add a little lotion or water, and knead until it’s smooth again.
🚚 Do you ship internationally?
Right now, we ship within [Australia / the U.S. / worldwide – depending on what you choose], but we’re working on expanding! Shipping costs and times will be calculated at checkout.
📦 When will my order ship?
We handmake all our slimes with love, so please allow 4–7 business days for processing. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
💌 Do you offer returns or refunds?
Due to the nature of slime and hygiene, we do not offer returns. However, if there's an issue with your order (damaged, missing, wrong item), please email us at support@lumislime.com.au and we’ll make it right!
🎁 Do you take custom slime orders?
We love getting creative! Depending on our schedule, we might offer limited custom or bulk orders for birthdays, events, or collabs. Email us or message us on Instagram to chat!
